Privacy Policy

MindMap AI ("the app") is operated by PrimeAI VN. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account information — when you sign in with Apple or Google we receive your name, email address, and a unique user ID via Firebase Authentication. This is required to sync your mind maps and link your subscription.
• Your mind maps — maps you create are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) under your account so they sync across your devices. We do not read, share, or sell their contents.
• AI processing — when you use AI features, the topic, text, or URL you provide is sent to our server and processed by Google's Gemini API solely to generate your mind map. Inputs are not used to train models and are not stored by us after processing.
• Purchase state — subscriptions are processed by Apple. We only receive an anonymized purchase entitlement; we never see payment details.

What we don't do

• No advertising or tracking SDKs.
• No selling or sharing of personal data.
• No data collection beyond the items above.

Data retention & deletion

Your maps remain stored while your account exists. You can delete individual maps in the app, or delete your entire account (Settings → Delete Account), which permanently removes all your maps and your authentication record.

Third-party services

Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore (Google LLC), Gemini API (Google LLC), App Store / StoreKit (Apple Inc.). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
